Lisa Stuckwisch is Executive Director of Rainbow Equine Center.  She has over 20 years of experience in special education and has been a private provider for over 15 years.  She has over 40 years of overall horsemanship knowledge with her primary riding discipline being Dressage. She has been dreaming of combining her two passions into a well-rounded educational experience. 
 

Katie has her Bachelor’s in Special Education K-12 from Miami University and has been teaching for five years in special education as an intervention specialist. Her unique approach to teaching allows for students to grow in strength and flexibility in an organic timeframe.  Additionally she works as a private provider.  She has over 20 years of horsemanship experience. 

Madison has been in Special Education for over 10 years. She is a Registered Behavior Technician, with expertise in behavior reduction, implementing IEP goals in natural settings and facilitating skill acquisition across several domains. She focuses on relationship building for overall success. Her motto is always "Meet them where they are that day".

Stephanie has been working with horses for over 20 years.  She has her Bachelor’s in Biology and Philosophy from Mount Holyoke College and her Master’s in Wildlife Biology and Conservation from Edinburgh Napier University. This makes her well versed in animals and animal behavior. Before pursuing her masters she worked for OSU Harding Hospital on the adolescent psych ward (ages 12-18).  Her main riding discipline is Dressage and she rode on the Intercollegiate riding team at Mount Holyoke College.

Josie has been riding horses for about 5 years and loves to spend time at the barn with the horses and the people. Josie has been apart of our team for little over a year and is being mentored by Lisa. In the a short amount of time she has been with us, she has gained so much experience and knowledge in horsemanship, working with kids, riding and even training. Josie shows our horses with us from time to time under the Rainbow Equine Center facility with Lisa as her trainer. Josies main riding discipline is English Hunter Jumping.
